Workflow tabs for ServiceM8 — proposals, spellcheck, Post Queue, Staff Docs, Diagrams, Reports, Timesheets, Revenue, and optional BYOK AI — so you stay in the board while you work.
Install from the Chrome Web Store, open Settings to connect ServiceM8, then pick the tabs and tools you want. Base plan from £5 / month; Pipelines and Staff Docs are optional extras.
Dispatch Board tabs
Reports, Timesheets, Revenue, Pipelines, Diagrams, Post Queue, Schedule Board, and Staff Docs — work from the board without bouncing around ServiceM8.
Reports & Revenue
Profit & Loss clarity with charts, job splits, and materials/labour views. Daily Revenue shows jobs booked on the diary for that day.
Timesheets
Reconcile scheduled hours against recorded time for your team — spot gaps and overruns from the Dispatch Board.
Pipelines
SpeedCert-style programmes per customer: properties → jobs → task swimlanes, Plan view, bulk moves, stage webhooks, share links, and optional Pipeline AI (BYOK). £5 / month with 7-day trial.
Real API Tasks
Replaces the checklist-only Tasks view with a ServiceM8 API task list — create, sort, filter, and delete tasks from the board.
Post Queue
Park completed jobs for a target invoice date, then invoice a day with confirmation or a one-click batch reminder.
Schedule Board
Day, Week, and Month staff × day booking grids with clash highlights, capacity overlays, and in-tab Configure.
Staff Docs
Track licences and certificates per staff member with PDF/image upload and expiry badges — optional, £1 / staff / month.
Diagrams designer
Draw.io-style Diagrams tab with trade symbol packs and save/load to the job — optional, included, off by default.
Proposal tools
Dup, Copy, and Paste proposal sections between jobs, plus offline spelling underlines on proposal text fields.
Job card helpers
Email contacts, rich email editor, Reminders tab, head office on site clients, average days to pay, and Pipeline navigator on the job card.
Jobs list badges
Compact status pills on the Dispatch jobs sidebar — queue, materials, reminders, and more — with a badge filter menu.
Recurrence & booking
Custom recurrence presets in the native booking menu and booking duration in hours + minutes instead of a fixed dropdown.
Time billing
Add logged time straight to an invoice from the Complete menu, plus prepaid service-plan overlay on the Recorded Time window.

A practical, opt-in assistant that works with the ServiceM8 page you already have open. It helps you find, check, and prepare information while keeping you in control.

An opt-in floating assistant inside ServiceM8, included with Dashboard Tabs and ready only when you open it.
Understands your context
Uses the current ServiceM8 page and, when relevant, the open job or client so its help fits what you are viewing.
Shows you where to go
Ask where a ServiceM8 feature or field is and get guidance based on the page in front of you.
Finds jobs and clients
Search and list matching jobs using generated job numbers, then open the right job or client card.
Checks on-screen wording
Review spelling on the current job, client, or form without copying the whole page into another tool.
Suggests visible field values
Get proposed values for fields already on screen, with a clear review step before anything is filled.
Privacy and control
Your key. Minimal context. Your approval.
Your OpenRouter key, protected
Bring your own OpenRouter key. The raw key is never kept in Chrome storage or returned to the extension after save. It is encrypted in Firebase and used only by authenticated backend functions.
Only relevant context is sent
Relevant ServiceM8 text is sent only when needed to the OpenRouter model you select. AI Copilot chat content is not stored in Firebase.
You confirm every change
Read-only searches can run automatically. Any proposed field or data change needs visible confirmation, and initial field filling never auto-saves or auto-sends.

Need help with ServiceM8 Dashboard Tabs?
Include your ServiceM8 account email, Chrome version, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help, but never include your OpenRouter API key. AI Copilot keeps the raw OpenRouter key out of Chrome storage and encrypts it server-side after save.
