By accessing this site or using our add-ons and tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services are provided by A-dams Add-ons. Support is available via our support page or WhatsApp at +44 7440 737918.

We provide:

• A website catalog of ServiceM8-related add-ons and resources
• Downloadable tools, scripts, and documentation
• Community features such as the ideas board
• Paid products or subscriptions sold via Stripe or other listed channels
• Support for products we publish

Features may change over time. Free tools may be updated, limited, or withdrawn without notice.

Some add-ons require a valid ServiceM8 account and appropriate permissions. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your ServiceM8 credentials and access rights
• Authorizing only the access an add-on needs
• Complying with ServiceM8’s own terms and acceptable use rules
• Ensuring your use of our tools complies with applicable laws

Paid products are charged through Stripe or the payment method shown at checkout. Pricing and what’s included are described at the point of sale.

If you believe a purchase was made in error or a paid product does not work as described, contact us via Support within a reasonable time. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis unless a specific product page states a different refund policy.

You must not:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or redistribute our paid products without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our tools to break the law or ServiceM8 policies
• Submit abusive, unlawful, or infringing content via forms or the ideas board

Site content, branding, and our original software remain our property (or our licensors’). Downloads are licensed for your business use as described with each product — not sold outright — unless a specific licence says otherwise.

ServiceM8 and related marks belong to their respective owners. We are an independent provider of complementary tools and are not affiliated with or endorsed by ServiceM8 Pty Ltd unless expressly stated.

Our websites and tools are provided “as is”. We aim to keep them reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every purpose. Always verify critical workflows in your own ServiceM8 environment before relying on an add-on in production.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, data, or business interruption) arising from use of our site or tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights in another jurisdiction.
